Frequently Asked Questions

Why choose White-Glove over standard on-site for a 70″79″ panel?
Large-format panels at 70″79″ often require full removal for certain hardware repairs. White-Glove service ensures this is handled professionally, safely, and without requiring your own facilities staff to assist.

What is included in the remounting step?
After the repair is complete, the technician reinstalls the display on the existing wall mount, reconnects cabling, and verifies that touch, display, and connectivity are fully operational before leaving.

Is the 8-foot height measured from the floor to the bottom or center of the panel?
The 8-foot limit applies to the bottom of the installed display. Contact ViewSonic if your installation is close to this limit to confirm service eligibility.

Can I bundle this with an extended warranty for after Year 3?
Yes. Purchase an IFP-EW extended warranty for Years 4 and beyond to maintain full on-site coverage after the White-Glove plan expires.
